Getting Started

Design

To start the design process, we require a 75% deposit, your wording, and this document with each line initialed. Your final balance will be due upon pick up of your invites or prior to shipping.

We design based on styles picked out at your consultation. If your direction changes, that may incur additional design fees.

Intellectual Property

Proofing

The designs are our proprietary artwork, and we do not provide the design elements. Monograms can be given if you sign a Limited License Agreement and stipulate its usage. The usage cannot include items we can produce.

We email you pdf proofs first; you can request a printed proof for an addional $25. This adds one week to the timeline. Printed proofs are flat printed, no special print or materials. CAREFULLY check all spelling, punctuation, position and layout for accuracy. Unless otherwise indicated, the order will be processed EXACTLY AS APPROVED.

Order Production

Rush Fees

Orders completed 10 business days after proof approval. Orders with specialty printing add 5-10 additional business days. If approval arrives after noon Pacific time, the next day counts as the first day of production. The last day of production is still a full day. Orders will generally be completed after 3 PM. 

Rush fees apply if you need a quicker turnaround. Rush fees are based on workload, complexity, and how much time is alloted. Not all rushes can be accomdated. Rush fees are determined at the point of proof approval.

Minimum Reorder

Specialty Paper and Handmade Products

Initial orders may be quantity over 25. Any reorders will require a minimum of 25 quantity plus any set up fees.

Please understand that specialty papers and hand assembled products may have slight flaws and variations.

Submitting Files

Mailing

We require wording to be either included in the email or attached to the email when you submit it. The same goes for guest addresses. They must be submitted as a spreadsheet attachment. You are responsible for mailing. We strongly recommend taking your finished envelopes to the post office to get them weighed and measured. Follow all of their recommendations. Once the stationery is in your possession, we no longer have control over the condition of the envelopes and are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Cancellation Policy

$100 charged if not proofed; 25% or total art fees (whichever is greater) charged after digital proof; 50% charged after printed proof; order is not refundable after printed proof approval.
